About the Founder

Madam Juliana Kaale Okine is the dynamic Founder and CEO of Juliana Holistic Healthcare Services, a nonprofit organization committed to transforming lives through community-centered, preventive, and compassionate healthcare in Ghana. With over 37 years of experience in Ghana Health Service,she brings a wealth of expertise and a deep passion for improving health outcomes, especially among underserved populations.

A Deputy Chief Physician Assistant and a holder of both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Public Health from the University of Ghana,Legon. Madam Juliana Okine, started as a registered nurse and a midwife. She leads with vision, empathy, and a strong track record in healthcare delivery and systems strengthening.

Her work through Juliana Holistic Healthcare Service reflects a lifelong dedication to accessible, inclusive, and holistic health services for all.

We are a growing NGO dedicated to empowering lives through holistic health practices. Our mission is to nurture the mind, body, and spirit, fostering positive transformations in individuals and communities.

At Juliana, we believe in a community-centric approach to health. Our team of passionate professionals and volunteers is committed to providing accessible and comprehensive holistic health care services.

About the Foundation:
The Foundation was founded in 2015. One of the objectives of the Foundation is to support the vulnerable in society by the Okine Brothers and Sisters. This is because of what we experienced as five sons and five daughters of Mr. and Mrs. Ebenezer Okine Tsoloo. We realized that it takes the help of God for you to become what you need to be. Everyone needs somebody. It takes the help of God through men to put smiles on the faces of men.

The Multi-Functional Center:
A multifunctional, vast area with multiple projects to serve a holistic purpose for rural women, vulnerable women (including the disabled, refugees, and internally displaced women), and single mothers to boost their confidence, transform their lives, and get back into society. This center will also serve as the headquarters of Juliana Holistic Healthcare Services.

Means of Action (Activities):
- Training, coaching, and mentorship
- Support for vocational skills (Entrepreneurship)
- Lobbying for funds to provide mothers with skills for business start-ups
- Rehabilitation of depressed mothers, especially single mothers, refugees, and internally displaced mothers

Project Scope: National
The project will be opened for all women across Ghana. It will be located in the Central Region of Ghana.

Refugees and Internally Displaced Component:
The purpose of the homeless shelters is to provide accommodations for refugees and internally displaced persons and their children to get them rehabilitated. They will get the basic needs of life—water, food, clothing, and training—to be able to stand and get back into society.
